What counts as one credit?
One credit is used for each notification that is successfully delivered to your destination. Failed delivery attempts do not cost credits — you only pay for what actually gets through.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Your account keeps working. Additional webhooks are billed automatically in bundles of 100 at the overage rate for your plan. There is no hard cutoff.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan — from Starter to Enterprise — includes all features. The only difference between plans is the number of credits included each month and the overage rate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous month do not carry over.
When will WebhookFlow be available?
WebhookFlow is currently in development. Leave your email and we will get in touch as soon as it launches. Early sign-ups will be invited to the beta.
