Applicability
These terms of service apply to the use of WebhookFlow, a SaaS product offered by Tynka, based in the Netherlands. By using WebhookFlow, you agree to these terms.
The service
WebhookFlow provides a notification relay service that receives, verifies, and forwards notifications from external services to your own infrastructure. The service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.
Acceptable use
You may use WebhookFlow for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to receive, process, or forward illegal content, to circumvent security measures, or to interfere with the operation of the service or other users' accounts. Abuse of the service may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscriptions and billing
WebhookFlow is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Overage usage beyond your plan's included credits is billed at the end of the billing cycle at the rate specified for your plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Data retention
Notification logs and delivery history are retained for 90 days. After this period, data is automatically deleted. Tynka does not access the content of notifications passing through WebhookFlow except where required for technical support or legal compliance.
Availability
Tynka strives to keep WebhookFlow available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Tynka is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Liability
Tynka's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Tynka is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss resulting from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
Tynka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of WebhookFlow will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
