Know immediately when your notifications stop working
WebhookFlow monitors every notification from Stripe, GitHub, Shopify, and more. When deliveries fail or go quiet, you get an alert — before your customers notice anything is wrong.
What WebhookFlow monitors for you
Instant alerts when deliveries fail
The moment a notification can't be delivered to your server — after all retries are exhausted — WebhookFlow sends you an alert. You know about the problem before it compounds.
Alerts when your error rate spikes
If more than half your deliveries start failing within an hour, WebhookFlow flags it. A sudden spike in errors often means something changed on your server — and you want to know fast.
Alerts when notifications go quiet
If a service you rely on stops sending notifications — no activity for an hour, say — WebhookFlow alerts you. Silence can mean a problem at the source, not just on your end.
Complete delivery log
Every notification is logged with its full content, delivery status, response code, and all retry attempts. Search and inspect any notification from the dashboard without digging through server logs.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of alerts does WebhookFlow send?
WebhookFlow sends three types of alerts: when a delivery fails after all retries, when your error rate exceeds a threshold (default: 50% in the last hour), and when no notifications have arrived for a set period (default: 60 minutes). Each alert type can be configured independently.
How quickly does WebhookFlow detect a problem?
Delivery failure alerts are sent immediately after the final retry fails. Error rate and no-activity alerts are checked every five minutes.
Can I avoid being flooded with alerts?
Yes. Each alert rule has a cooldown period — by default 60 minutes — so you won't receive repeated alerts for the same ongoing issue. You can adjust the cooldown per rule.
How long are notification logs kept?
Notification logs are retained for 90 days. You can inspect any notification from the dashboard, including its full content and all delivery attempts.
